We undertake two types of Assignments –
 
Search Assignments
Retained/Head Hunting Assigments.
 
Search Assignments
 
Search Assignments are those assignments where the positions are given by the Clients to multiple recruitment consultancies, in addition to the assignment being handled by their own internal recruitment team. We have excelled in these Search Assignments and atleast 3 closures and joining every week.
 
Retained assignments & Head Hunting Assignments
 
Usually these are undertaken for senior assignments, highly confidential ones, or those requiring specialist skills that are generally difficult to find in the open market. This initially involves a detailed briefing with one of our consultants. The consultant then draws up a specification and identifies the most appropriate method for attracting the right candidate. This might include either advertising or a search and selection assignment. Due to the additional work required by the consultant on the assignment, it is usual for the client to pay a third of the fee on acceptance, a third on the presentation of a short list and the final third on the completion of the assignment.

Database Search
 
All of our consultants have access to our large database containing carefully-screened candidates. Currently, our database has over 200,000 candidates including those who are actively looking for new opportunities as well as those who are keen to be kept up to date about potential career opportunities. Approximately 500 new profiles are added to our proprietary database every week.
 
Job Portals & Job Boards
 
All our consultants use job portals like Naukri.com, Monster.com, Click Jobs.com, TimesJobs.com, Byat.com, Dice.com, and other portals. These portals are used to search profiles, advertise classifieds, etc
 
Advertising
 
We have extensive experience of placing adverts on behalf of clients and dealing with the response. In addition we advertise on a number of websites as well as having our own, allowing jobs to be advertised immediately and responses received the same day.
 
Technical and psychometric testing
 
More and more employers are recognizing the reliability and validity of psychometric testing, and we plan to offer this service to our clients. There is good evidence that tests which are professionally used and evaluated, can provide objective, reliable and relevant information concerning the likelihood of job success and satisfaction. The tests used are designed and selected to suit the specific job requirements and administered under supervised and consistent conditions our lab.
